April 10, 2025 — High Point Regional High School sophomore Ella Poalillo has achieved a significant milestone in her wrestling career, ascending to the No. 1 national ranking at 155 pounds and securing the No. 24 spot in the Pound-for-Pound (P4P) rankings. This recognition comes from the latest National Girls High School Rankings, collaboratively developed by USA Wrestling, FloWrestling, and the National Wrestling Hall of Fame.


Poalillo's rise to the top spot at 155 lbs reflects her consistent performance and dedication to the sport. Her inclusion in the P4P rankings places her among the elite high school female wrestlers across all weight classes nationwide.
